Hundreds of thousands of dollars in royalties are generated from BTF sales and are given to SLSA every year to help keep our beaches patrolled, saving hundreds of lives every year.

Between 2006 and 2007, surf lifesavers and lifeguards conducted 11,500 rescues, prevented 460,000 accidents and provided first aid for 41,000.
