Area Manager Perth: August 2008
Between the Flags is looking for an Area Manager to run our Perth stores located in London Court CBD, Fremantle and Hillarys Wharf (due to open early 2009).
We are looking for a motivated Manager that can bring the energy and enthusiasm to lead our sales team to reach their maximum potential. As a Between the Flags Manager your role will be to coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service and to lead by example. You will be sales driven and responsible for all the day-to-day store operations which include re-ordering, re-stocking, merchandising and store layout. We also look to our management team to assist with new season apparel selection.
To be successful you will need to be a good communicator, enjoy working in a team environment and have the ability to deal with a cross-section of people. You will need a high level of motivation, the ability to work independently and be highly organized.
