Track and Trace is a service provided for our customers by Australia Post, the postal authority which ships all our orders. You can use this service to trace the position of your package from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door.
To track an order, simply phone Between The Flags on +61 2 93567300 or Contact Us to find out the tracking number for your package.Once you have your tracking number go to the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number into their order tracking system.
