
Returns and Refund Policy
Returns will only be accepted if a product is faulty or shipped incorrectly. In the event of a faulty product return, the customer must notify Between the Flags within 7 days of receipt of the item. Product must be returned for Q&A assessment before a claim will be accepted. Original invoice must be returned with goods.
Between the Flags is happy to exchange products if you have picked the wrong size, colour or gender. There is no return for clearance or sale items or CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS. If you do need any product exchanged please send the item back to us (PO Box 6073, Alexandria, NSW, 2015) with a note explaining what you want. Make sure you include what is wrong with the product, what you would like done (if you want a different size, colour etc.) and your original invoice.
Please do not forget to include a return parcel with your own address on it that has already been paid for. Between the Flags will not pay for shipping costs of returned items.
